Housed in a magnificent 1920s building called Het Sieraad on the border of Oud-West and De Baarsjes, Edel is a charming restaurant bar with a beautiful wraparound terrace and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
We used to live just around the corner so would come here a lot – especially on sunny days when the terrace comes into its own. Inside it’s just as nice, with functional canteen style decor, lots of greenery and really good food. Oh, they also do a mean Bloody Mary.
Edelwise monthly club night
Once a month they host a huge after work party (from 5pm) called Edelwise in the building’s covered inner courtyard. Check out the website for details.
